1. You must take care of purifying your soul and this daily.

3. Before doing something, think " Does the Christ wants me to do ? "Then act accordingly.
4. You owe it to yourself perfectly practice obedience, to be able to talk more later about the virtue of obedience.
5. The "no" you say people should be "no", and "yes" should be "yes." Do not pretend, but say what you think , even if it hurts the other person, however Say it with kindness, and do not let the other without explanation.
6. You must have and maintain the dignity spiritual to always pay attention to what pleases your fellow monks and not what you want.
7. Every day, you should read a passage from the New Testament purifying your soul.
8. Do not look at what others are , or examine how and why they font.Votre own goal is the purification of your soul and your spirit of complete submission to God's grace. So, choose everything that goes in the direction of your goal: to pray, study, humbly say Jesus' prayer, know that you absolutely need the mercy of God. In other words, pay attention to your spiritual work.
